This guide is published under the name Tobias Wrenfield. It is an editorial pseudonym, not a public person, and this page says so plainly. How a page is written for British readers
Pages use British spelling and pound notation with comma thousands, for example £3,390.52, and dates in the form 9 October 2026. Euro amounts keep the operator’s own notation, so €4,000 stays €4,000. A pound figure is always labelled “about” when it is a conversion, because the cashier may use another rate on the day.
What changes when a rule or a rate changes
