Privacy Notice for Readers of the GranaWin Guide

Effective date: 11 October 2026. This notice explains what personal data the editors of this GranaWin guide handle, why, for how long, and what rights a reader in the United Kingdom has. Its points are numbered so each can be cited on its own.

1. Who is responsible for your data

The editors of this guide decide why and how the data described below is used, which makes them the controller for it. The guide is an information site only. It is not GranaWin, it does not open casino accounts, and it does not see the personal data you give GranaWin when you register, deposit or verify your identity there. That data falls under the rules of GranaWin’s operator, TechSolutions Group N.V., Curaçao, and its own documents are the place to read them.

2. What data the guide handles

DataWhen it arrivesWhat it may contain
E-mail correspondenceWhen you write to [email protected]Your e-mail address, your name if you give it, and whatever you choose to write
Technical request dataWhen your browser asks the site for a pageNetwork address, browser type, page requested, time of request
Choices you make about cookiesOnly if a cookie banner is shownYour consent or refusal

The guide has no reader accounts, no registration form and no payment function, so it does not ask for a date of birth, address, phone number or card details. Please do not e-mail identity documents or payment details; the guide has no use for them.

3. Why the data is used and on what legal basis

PurposeLegal basis under UK GDPR
Answering your message and correcting a page after you report a mistakeLegitimate interests of running an accurate guide, balanced against your interests
Keeping the site running and secureLegitimate interests
Any non-essential cookieYour consent, which you can withdraw
Keeping records the law requiresLegal obligation

Your data is not used to build advertising profiles, and it is not sold.

4. Cookies

Cookies that are strictly needed for the page to load do not need consent. If the guide ever adds a non-essential cookie, it will ask first and list the cookie in this notice. Gambling operators set their own cookies on their own sites, and those are covered by their own notices.

5. Who else sees the data

E-mail and hosting providers handle data on the guide’s behalf so that the site and its mailbox work. They act on instructions and are not allowed to use it for their own purposes. Data is disclosed to an authority only where the law requires it. Following a link to GranaWin or any other operator takes you to a different site, and its controller handles what you do there.

6. Retention

E-mail correspondence is kept for as long as it is needed to answer you and to show that a correction was handled, then deleted. Technical request data is kept only as long as is needed to keep the site running and secure. If you ask for earlier deletion, section 8 applies.
Only the editors can open the mailbox, but a message sent to it is an ordinary e-mail: if something is sensitive, describe it in general terms and leave the detail out of the first message.

7. Transfers outside the UK

Where a provider processes data outside the United Kingdom, the transfer relies on a recognised safeguard such as an adequacy regulation or standard contractual clauses, in line with UK data protection law.

8. Your rights

9. Readers under 18

The guide is written for adults. The minimum gambling age in Great Britain is 18, and the editors do not knowingly collect data from anyone under that age. If a young person has written to the guide, the parent or guardian can ask for the message to be deleted.

10. Complaints

If you are unhappy with how your data has been handled, you can write to the editors first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at https://ico.org.uk, telephone 0303 123 1113.

11. Changes to this notice

When the notice changes, the effective date at the top changes with it. A material change is described in the section it affects.
